A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
There is a 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Parts must be resealable and in the original packaging (clear tape must be used to package, if part is returned using color tape of any kind return will be rejected)
We cannot take back used parts.
We cannot take back installed or tried parts (once part arrives back to our facility, if we notice part was installed or tried, NO REFUND will be issued)
Electrical and Fuel Component related parts are not returnable.
We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
Return request needs to be within 30 days of receipt.
No refunds on shipping.
Orders without a VIN are subject to return fees.
Parts that are ordered VIN specific are non-returnable such as Keys, Key Fobs, Ignition Cylinders, and Modules.
We are not responsible if you order the incorrect part, the wrong side, or the wrong style when ordering with or without your VIN. We are responsible for making sure the part(s) you order fit the VIN that you provide. If you would like and exchange, you must return the incorrect part you ordered and we can exchange it for you (Part pricing may change) Customer is 100% responsible for return and reshipment of the new part.
Cancellation Policy
An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 15% may apply.
Once an order is placed for a key, key fob, ignition cylinder, or any VIN specific part, order can not be canceled or refunded. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Warranty Policy
Parts DO NOT come with warranty unless an Authorized Volkswagen Dealership confirms defective part. Dealer can contact us at 956-717-2221 for any questions and proof of purchase.
Parts MUST BE installed by an Authorized Volkswagen Dealership for warranty to apply.
Parts WILL NOT be warrantable if installed outside of an Authorized Volkswagen Dealership.
Part will have a 12 month warranty in the case of failure due to manufacture defect if confirmed by an Authorized Volkswagen Dealership or selling Volkswagen Dealer.
If the part purchased is for an Audi or Porsche vehicle, NO warranty is given in the case of a defective part.
We are an Authorized Volkswagen Dealership and ONLY warranty the defective part if contacted by another Authorized Volkswagen Dealership or part is returned back to our facility for inspection and FINAL APPROVAL.
Customer is responsible for returning the defective part in it's original box. No shipping label is provided on our end. After review, if the part is warrantable, a part will be sent out at NO-COST to you.
